Rewards Policy

PRESTAR REWARDS PROMOTIONAL CONTEST (THE "CONTEST")

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE OR APP MODULE COMPLETION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR APP MODULE COMPLETION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR

The Contest is sponsored and administered by Prestar Canada Inc., having its principal place of business at 40 Gould St, Toronto, Ontario, M5B 1E9 ("Sponsor" or "Prestar").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Prestar, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such individual, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on July 23, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 29, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor’s computer server is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest. Both entry methods carry equal weight and equal odds of winning:

  • Method 1: Automatic Entry via Prestar Mobile Application
  • If you are a registered user of the Prestar mobile application (the "App"), you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable draw for every 100 points earned by successfully completing in-app activities (including lessons, activities, and affirmations) during the Contest Period.
  • Method 2: Alternate Free Method of Entry (AMOE / No Purchase Necessary)
  • To enter without downloading the App or completing in-app activities, send an email to hello@prestar.ca during the Contest Period with the subject line "Contest Entry". The email must include your full name, valid email address, phone number, and province/territory of residence. Each unique eligible email received counts as one (1) entry. Entrants using the email method of entry may submit multiple email entries up to a maximum of 5 total email entries per person during the Contest Period. Each email entry must be submitted separately.

Entry Limits & Prohibitions:

There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible entrant may earn via Method 1 (in-app module completion). Entries submitted via Method 2 are capped at 5 entries total per person. Automated, scripted, bot, macro, or robotic entries submitted via email entry or App are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries associated with the entrant.

5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV), AND TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER

There is a total of 1 prize available to be won. The Prize consists of one (1) $250 CAD Gift Card for Essentials. The winner may select their Prize from a list of approved Canadian retail vendors providing essential goods or services, including groceries, public transit/transportation, or pharmacy/healthcare services (subject to gift card availability).

  • Total ARV of all Prizes: $250 CAD.
  • Prize Terms: Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize cannot be awarded as described.
  • Third-Party Trademark Disclaimer: Participating retailers and vendor brand owners are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or otherwise associated with this Contest. All third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used herein solely for identification purposes.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

On September 30, 2026 at approximately 2:00 PM ET in Toronto, Ontario, a random draw will be conducted from among all eligible entries (in-app and email AMOE combined) received during the Contest Period.

Odds of Winning: The odds of being selected depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

Potential winners will be notified via email or phone at the address/number provided upon registration or entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.

  • Skill-Testing Question Requirement:
  • To be declared an official confirmed winner, a selected potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical, electronic, or human), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (e.g., $(150/ 2) - 40 + 10$) administered by Sponsor via phone, digital form, or video verification.
  • Disqualification:
  • If a potential winner:
    1. Cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt;
    2. Fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question within the time allotted; or
    3. Fails to return a signed Declaration & Release (if required by Sponsor);
  • then that potential winner will be disqualified, forfeits the Prize, and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate potential winner by random draw from remaining eligible entries.

8. PRIVACY AND ANTI-SPAM (CASL)

By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by Sponsor for the sole purpose of administering and fulfilling this Contest, notifying potential winners, and verifying eligibility. Personal information will be handled in strict accordance with Prestar’s Privacy Policy located at https://prestar.app/privacy.

CASL Compliance: Entrants will not receive commercial electronic communications (such as promotional newsletters or product updates) from Prestar unless they explicitly provide opt-in consent via email or within the App settings. Consent may be revoked at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email. Opting in or out of marketing communications does not impact or affect an entrant's odds of winning.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Compliance with Law: The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws and regulations in Canada. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.
  • Technical Errors: Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, app, web, or network failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled, or delayed communications, or technical failure caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest.
  • Modification/Termination: Sponsor reserves the right, subject only to applicable law, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, if any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other technical or administrative cause beyond its control corrupts or impairs the security or proper administration of the Contest.
  • Release: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Prestar Canada Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising from or relating to participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
